Students accepted into the Accelerated Learning Program will be assigned a practice partner from the farm horse herd and receive a 45 minute lesson each week.  As a student in the program, you’ll be able to practice with your partner before or after the weekly lesson and will have two additional practice sessions scheduled between weekly lessons.  During these practice sessions, you’ll have access to facility which includes: a 70’ x 110’ indoor arena, a 75’ x 200’ outdoor arena, a round pen, & 9 acres of pasture with rolling terrain and playground obstacles.  While enjoying time with your practice partner you’ll be using farm owned equipment, (mostly ParelliTM).

 

To help you maximize progress on your horsemanship journey, additional lesson time is available at a 30% discount.  To help your practice partner be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit they will stay in training with Stacy a minimum of two hours a week.

 

Students in the Accelerated Learning Program will be expected to follow all posted farm safety rules and treat their practice partners with respect and kindness.  New students in the program will receive an orientation lesson focused on herd dynamics and safely bringing their practice partner in from the pasture.  Small children in the program will be accompanied by Stacy while in the pasture.

 

This program requires a four month minimum commitment.
